What picnic does
picnic is a calendar orchestration and meeting-intelligence service. It connects multiple Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts, mirrors free/busy availability between them in real time to prevent double bookings, and provides a shareable booking page that respects every connected calendar. It also reads your Gmail and Outlook inbox (with your consent) to surface meeting context, extract to-dos, deliver a daily voice briefing, and quietly filter spam.
